Fighter’s training is a specialized type of training program designed for individuals who participate in combat sports such as boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), and other forms of martial arts. It focuses on developing the specific skills and physical attributes needed for these sports, including strength, endurance, speed, agility, and power.
